- in exchange for 300 points, the member receives a 15% discount on the entire order,

Enrollment in the Loyalty program is automatic! If you are a member of our website, you are a member of our Loyalty program for free.
You can check your points balance at any time on your user profile pages here .
If you meet one of the discount thresholds, the system will automatically offer you to apply the discount during the checkout process. If you apply points, your order will be reduced by a certain amount, and the points will be removed from your profile.
If you fill in your date of birth, you will receive additional points on that day. You can edit your date of birth on your account page here .
The referral system works in such a way that a new user registers on the Mireille web store with a special code that you share with them – that is, you have recommended a new user.
You can find your personalized referral link on your account pages, under “My Points” and select “Earn Extra Points.” You can access your points overview and additional options here.
Accumulated points expire after 365 days from the day you earned them. After 365 days, only points accumulated on that day are deleted, not more recent points you have earned.
You can use discounts on the following product categories: Raw materials, Packaging, Coffee, Tea, Gesha cosmetics, Online workshops and Laboratoire Altho essential oils. You cannot use the discount on other categories that are not mentioned here, on already discounted products, Misceo devices, or if you have already applied another promo code/gift voucher in your shopping cart.

Points are not transferable and are linked exclusively to your user account and email address. Only you can access the overview of your points and use them.
No! Mireille Loyalty is the same for all users and works in the same and simple way where every amount spent on the web store is converted into points according to the rule €1.00 = 1 point. The basis for calculating points is 1 piece/1 product. There are no special points or special conditions for exercising the rights.
