About Course
Our feet bear the weight of our bodies every day, are enclosed in shoes, and are exposed to friction, moisture, and bacteria.
The skin on the feet is special, thicker, more prone to calluses, cracked heels, excessive sweating, and conditions like fungal infections. We often ignore them until they hurt, crack, or cause nail problems.
Did you know that almost every third person has had fungus on their nails or foot skin at least once?
What topics do we cover?
- why and how does fungus develop on the nails and skin of the feet
- how to recognize the first symptoms
- how to formulate preventive and therapeutic actions
- which natural substances have a proven antifungal effect
We will create the following formulations:
- Intensive cream for cracked heels (urea, allantoin, panthenol)
- Balm for tired feet with a cooling effect (peppermint, glycerin, phytosqualane)
- Peeling foot mask (enzymes, aloe vera)
- Foot bath (Epson salt, rosemary, eucalyptus)
- Oil for preventing nail fungus (Ricinus, laurel, palmarosa, thyme)
