About Course

The “Low Tox” movement represents a philosophy and approach to life aimed at reducing exposure to toxins in everyday life in order to improve the health and well-being of each individual. This movement promotes awareness of toxic chemicals and substances found in food, body care products, household chemicals and the environment , and promotes alternative, natural products and lifestyles. In this education, our topic is home cleaning products.

“Low Tox” households use natural and environmentally friendly cleaning products to reduce exposure to chemicals often found in conventional household chemicals, which have a negative impact not only on our health, but also on the environment. This movement promotes environmental awareness and reduces our ecological footprint. This includes reducing waste, recycling, and supporting sustainable practices. The “low tox” approach also encourages education and awareness about toxic substances and their impact on health. Its essence lies in consciously choosing products and practices that reduce exposure to potentially harmful chemicals. This can result in improved health, reduced risk of disease, and support for environmental conservation.

At the “Low Tox” training, we learn about household cleaning products and whether there are any links in their composition with personal hygiene products.

We are demonstrating:

  • anti-mite spray
  • carpet cleaning powder
  • polishing paste for ceramic bathroom parts
  • dishwasher tablets
  • liquid for degreasing all surfaces, including ovens
  • liquid dishwashing detergent
  • waterless dishwashing detergent
  • anti-limescale spray
  • glass cleaner spray
