We invite you to a gentle and educational gathering dedicated to a sensitive but extremely important topic – women’s health and intimate care.

In this Mireille Lab workshop, we will talk openly, warmly and professionally about:

• the importance of pH balance
• the roles of the microbiome in the intimate zone and probiotics and postbiotics
• the influence of stress, hormones and daily habits
• and how cosmetics can be a support, not a hindrance, in preserving women’s intimacy

We will also touch on oleotherapy through care and support using herbal oils. Many of you have heard of the application of St. John’s wort oil on a tampon and its role in surface care – oils have a regenerative, protective, soothing effect and can support the balance of the microbiome.

What are we going to do?

Together we will create formulations that are gentle, functional, and in line with modern approaches to feminine care, such as:

• Mild intimate care gel
• Soothing serum for intimate care
• Natural nourishing emulsion for the care of sensitive skin of the groin and bikini area
• Oil elixir (application of oleotherapy)
• Spray for a feeling of freshness
• Reusable wet wipes
• Sitz herbal baths

The intimate zone is not just a physiological area – it is also a woman’s emotional, hormonal, and energy center.
Its balance is reflected in self-confidence, immunity and overall well-being. Unfortunately, it is often neglected or treated with aggressive preparations.
