New fragrances – Creating cosmetics

In creating cosmetics, scent is something that 95% of women still react to before buying, if of course they have the opportunity to try it.

There are several ways to make a product smell pleasant, and these are either essential oils or cosmetic fragrances. Of course, there are also third ones that are fragrance-free. Every manufacturer and everyone who is involved in the creation, production or just formulation; according to certain criteria, decides which one to use. Sometimes essential oils are excellent, even if you have and know the art of creating fragrances, but sometimes we avoid them due to certain allergens. On the other hand, cosmetic fragrances provide a much wider range of notes and are equally, if not more, represented.

I spent a long time searching and researching fragrance notes, and came up with some really beautiful notes, which are now available again and somehow just right for this time of winter, holidays, and gifts. They will be great in scented butters, body lotions, hand creams, and even shampoos and masks.

Pink Pepper&Vanilla is a warm and gentle fragrance, with top notes of pink pepper, bergamot and incense, which are the first notes you notice when you apply the product to your skin. The middle notes are rose, jasmine and ylang ylang, which are mild and you will only feel them after about 10 minutes. The base or base notes are vanilla and benzoin, which round out this warm fragrance with their deep and rich scent.

Chesnut&Woods is the scent of a rainy day, walking through leaves and roasted chestnuts, hot in a paper bag. Its top notes are pink pepper and juniper, which give it a freshness like rain. The middle note is chestnut, while the base note is the forest, leaves rustling underfoot and the silence before nature goes into hibernation – winter.

Try them, you will enjoy them!
