The Mireille Lab mentoring program once again brought together women who never cease to amaze – with their curiosity, authenticity, courage and incredible ability to learn, grow and create from the heart. This fifth generation was true proof that a beginning doesn’t have to be perfect – but with the right support, it can be miraculous.
Over the course of several intense months, our lab became a space where ideas were born, formulas were mixed, and beliefs were challenged. Together, we learned that real breakthroughs happen when we combine knowledge and intuition, science and creativity, laughter and seriousness. Each of our mentors started from a different angle – some with no prior experience, others with an existing brand – but all with the same spark and desire for their products to nourish the skin and respect nature.
Lucija began her journey almost by accident, but it led to W Silk, the first cream of her brand Lucea. Azra, with the existing brand AVIA, bravely decided to reexamine the foundations of her business and introduce a new dose of clarity, purpose and quality. Iva gained more than knowledge through the program – she found security, vision and inspiration for further creation. Doroteja found an interlocutor who understands her complexity as a woman, mother and entrepreneur, and Maristela proved that even starting from scratch is not an obstacle when the will and support are present.
