And the third group of the mentoring program has completed its journey. In other words, empowered by knowledge, she just starts to do it. Find out who is hiding in the new fantastic nine and what surprises they have prepared for us – below.
What was being done and what new products await us?
Anna Sansovic
“My goal when enrolling in the Mentoring Program was to gain the necessary knowledge for the production and marketing of cosmetic products so that at our OPG Tomičić Tajnikov on Hvar we could offer our guests something more than just lavender oil and flowers,” says Ana, whose participation in the Mentoring Program clarified numerous questions related to legal regulations. The cream that Anna prepares is sprayed on the face and body, and in addition to the indispensable Hvar lavender, it also contains pine, an endemic plant that, due to its high presence, gave the island of Hvar its first name.

Maja Trstenjak
“I came across the program through social media, where you could immediately sense that it was a high level of expertise, knowledge and quality. This was confirmed by our mentor Mirela, with numerous experts who shared their rich knowledge and experience in guest lectures and raised the entire program to an even higher level. The atmosphere during the program was exceptionally good and encouraging, and on the wings of that we also received additional encouragement for even greater progress and additional work,” says Maja, who makes safe products based on bee products such as honey, wax and pollen grains.
“And yes… This is not the end… This is just my beginning!” Maja tells us, and she is absolutely right. Only with the newly acquired tools can the adventure begin.

Anja Gorup
The olive oil products were prepared by our Anja. “I learned a lot, I feel supported and I will proudly offer my products because I know they are of high quality and in line with my brand,” says Anja, who prepared a serum and cream with a gentle but very rich structure and premium ingredients.

Tea Crnjak
“The mentorship definitely gave me the feeling that I was not alone in the challenges that come along the way of launching a small brand, but also a relief because I know that I did not miss a step because it is important to me that everything is 1/1 and legally legal. It also gave me access to active women who are ideal for my vision, and I was not familiar with them. I was destined to find myself there,” says Tea, a master’s degree in mariculture engineering, aromatherapist, herbalist who wanted to combine her passions into a line of products that are natural and free of endocrine disruptors.
“And now, we’ve managed to combine algae, herbs, and mushrooms in my first product line, and I’m really looking forward to the day when the first product will be officially released,” says Tea, whose products will be safe for everyone to use.

Rozana Kodilja Migles
Rozana Kodilja herself has rosacea, and her story inspired her to use her products to help all those who face the same challenge.
“Rose Hidra Calm is a light day cream, with probiotics and active ingredients that will provide 24-hour hydration, relieve redness, and soothe irritated skin,” says Rozana, who named the product “Rosa”, combining the composition, purpose, and her own name.

Ana Vidovic
“Really, today you can learn and see everything and everywhere. But I did not expect such an experience of expertise, knowledge, human warmth, hospitality, and the availability of the entire team, and honestly, I am still in positive shock.” – says Ana, who lives in Zadar and is in constant contact with tourists. She came to the mentorship to create special and playful products that tourists will be happy to take home as souvenirs and as gifts for their loved ones.

Katarina Gojdanic
“My first product represents a kind of innovation because it is about neurocosmetics, an area in which the skin and the brain are connected through several systems based on active ingredients of medicinal plants that improve the function of neurons in the skin, provide benefits to the skin and slow down aging, while at the same time positively affecting the mood and emotional state of people under stress,” says Katarina, who considers the field of mental and emotional health important, and has been involved in it for many years. The upcoming innovation will, as she says, combine all her loves.

Ana Grbac
“BotoxLift is more than cosmetics, it is a level pro in skin care. A serum with an instant lifting effect, but most importantly, it also has a long-lasting effect on facial tightening, reduction of facial wrinkles, filling of deep wrinkles. Useful for all those who do NOT want to undergo aesthetic procedures, but still want to tighten their face.” – says Ana, who points out that the products will still be loved by those who go for these treatments because they will prolong the effects of the procedure.

Iva Atlija
“The mentoring program completely exceeded my expectations. In addition to the structured approach to defining, formulating and launching products, through mandatory and guest lectures we received a large number of incredibly useful tips, most of which are applicable not only to business in the cosmetics field, but also to entrepreneurship in general. The atmosphere at the Mentoring Program was extremely pleasant, and all the lecturers were professional and direct in their communication,” says Iva, who created a line of solid face creams that turn into a nourishing emulsion on the skin when in contact with water. Her product is intended for consumers who are aware of the impact of their habits and choices on our planet, but at the same time are not willing to compromise on quality.

From neurocosmetics, rosacea, innovations in tourism to the waterless ecological approach – this group brought a new wave of freshness and joy to our premises. We are proud of each participant with all our hearts and with love and enthusiasm – we are closing the first chapter of their journey.
