Using webshop

The Terms and Conditions, as well as individual terms of sale indicated with information about certain products, represent an offer by Lively Roasters for the conclusion of a Contract, and the user, as the buyer, by completing the form and concluding the order or in another manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, accepts them, which is considered to be a contract concluded between the buyer and the Seller, according to the terms of sale specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Online purchases can only be made if the buyer enters the correct requested information in the space provided on the Websites. When filling out the form, the buyer is obliged to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information.

The selection of the desired product is done by saving it in the “basket” by clicking on the “Add to cart” link. If the Buyer purchases a product that has, in the meantime, been sold, then the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on further action (refund of the amount paid, purchase of another product or delivery of a product of the same type when the Seller obtains it from its suppliers). The Seller, except for the obligation just mentioned, is not liable to the Buyer in the described case on any basis.

The “basket” contains all the products that the Buyer has selected for purchase, along with the product price, shipping price, and total price (including VAT). If the Buyer wishes to continue shopping, he selects the “Proceed to payment” link, and the system automatically takes him to the “Checkout” page, where he must enter customer information and delivery address.

After completing the above steps of the web store and selecting “Order” on the “Checkout” page, the system automatically takes the Buyer to the “Order Confirmation” page, which contains information about the order number, payment, as well as a notification about sending a confirmation email containing an offer to sell the selected products, as well as a notification about the email address and toll-free phone number through which the Buyer can obtain all necessary information.

Product prices are retail. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT. The Seller updates the displayed prices on a daily basis, which is why there is a possibility that prices in physical stores may differ from prices on the Website’s Web Store.
The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice, just as it is authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a single product, group of products and/or for all products, as well as for a specific payment method at any time without prior notice. The aforementioned benefits may be exclusive to web shopping, which will be indicated to the buyer before the purchase.

The price is determined for each individual product. The process of entering the price on the website for each product is subject to control at several levels, but regardless of this, there is a possibility of error due to the human factor. Such situations are exceptional and Lively Roasters apologizes to its customers in advance. Lively Roasters will be forced to inform customers about the situation, the incorrect price and the inability to deliver the ordered product with the wrong price for a specific order.

The photos with the products are only illustrative in nature.

The Seller reserves the right to publish content in English in cases where:

  • it is about the name of the product, its parts or functions in English,
  • these are expressions in English that are generally accepted in the Croatian language, i.e. they are common terminology,
  • There is a risk that important information cannot be translated accurately enough into Croatian without losing its meaning and purpose.

When payment has been made and is visible (by taking delivery after payment to the courier service employee), the purchase contract is considered to have been concluded.

When paying by cash on delivery, the order is paid in the exact amount to the courier employee when picking up the package. You cannot pay by cash on delivery when selecting delivery at Paketomat.
When paying on our web store, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure online payment card acceptance.CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment details are transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with the complete details of your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. The isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.The payment data entry form is secured with the highest level of security SSL transport encryption. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard.

All payments will be made in euros. The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained by converting the price from euros according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank.

When charging with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the card association.

As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery price for Croatia is:

  • Delivery to your home address within 2-4 business days – the delivery price is 8.75 EUR for orders up to 60.00 EUR.
  • Delivery to parcel lockers (GLS) within 2-4 business days – delivery price is 3.60 EUR for orders up to 60.00 EUR
  • Delivery within 2-4 business days – free delivery for orders of EUR 60.00 and above.
Mireille web store delivers only within the European Union. The shipping cost to EU member states will be displayed on the checkout page after entering all required information and selecting the country. The cost will be displayed in the right column along with other costs related to the order, before finalizing the order.
The stated delivery times apply to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the courier service schedule).

Products that have been paid for in accordance with the submitted offer will be delivered to the Buyer. If you wish to arrange a suitable delivery date, please write this in the NOTE, so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service. When the shipment is processed, the Buyer will receive an email notification about the status of his shipment.

Delivery is carried out by the Seller (through its employees) or by hiring a reputable delivery (courier) service. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the desired address.

When taking over the delivered product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product and in case of visible damage, he has the right to refuse to take over the same and to request delivery of the undamaged product.
In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the Customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the Customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, shipping costs and compensation for the costs of returning the product, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.
Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product, an invoice, and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without external visible damage.

Exchanges and returns

The user can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the customer without giving any reason. The User does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement:

  • if the service has been fully performed for him/her, and the performance has begun with his/her express prior consent and with his/her confirmation that he/she is aware of the fact that he/she will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if the service has been fully performed for him/her;
  • if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.
  • if it is a service or digital product that is consumed in an unpredictable manner and it cannot be established whether the customer consumed the content, used the service, etc.
In order for the user to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify Lively Roasters of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline by a statement sent by mail (to Lively Roasters doo / Lively Pharm, Velika cesta 99, 10020 Novi Zagreb), or by e-mail to info@livelypharm.com, in which it is necessary to state: Account number, account date, name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address.
If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the money received from him, including delivery costs, will be refunded to him without delay, and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day Lively Roasters receives the user’s decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, unless the user has chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery offered. The refund will be made in the same way as the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees to a different method of refund of the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the refund. Lively Roasters can only refund the money after the goods have been returned to him or after he has been provided with proof that the goods have been sent back.

The User is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address Lively Roasters doo / Lively Pharm, Velika cesta 99, 10020 Zagreb without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he sent Lively Roasters his decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract.

The user must bear the direct costs of returning the goods themselves. The user is requested to contact info@livelypharm.com before terminating the Agreement so that the procedure for returning the goods can be explained to him.

In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

If, at the user’s request, the performance of the service has begun during the period for unilateral termination of the Agreement, the user is obliged to pay Lively Roasters an amount proportional to what was delivered up to the moment the user notified Lively Roasters of the unilateral termination of the Agreement.

Membership (phased out)

Any adult/customer on the Mireille web store can join the Mireille Lab Membership program.

You become a member of the Membership automatically by selecting and paying for the selected Membership package. Membership lasts for the agreed period, after which it can be canceled or renewed.

Not. You can buy membership exclusively for yourself. Explore the possibility of buying Gift Cards for loved ones.

That! After the expiration of the period of the selected package, the Membership program will try to be automatically charged and renewed for the same period. You will be informed about this a few days before.

Currently, you can only pay for Membership online with credit and debit cards for a simplified way and the process of renewing and enrolling in Membership.

Yes! Your data is never stored with us – your card is stored as a random number of characters (a tokenization process) and we never see or use it. Your sensitive data is processed by CorvusPay – the leading company in the region for enabling and processing online transactions in an extremely secure and confidential manner. Your data is never accessible or visible.

The membership program is available in two variants – quarterly (three months) and half-yearly (six months).

Within the “My Profile” page, visit the “My Membership” link to manage your membership.

You can cancel your membership at any time via the “My Profile” page and then the “My Membership” link. If you cancel your membership before it expires, it will remain active until the last day and then be canceled.

Not at the moment. In the future, you will be able to change your plan from quarterly to half-yearly.

Online educations (not available in English)

That! In addition to buying tickets for live educations, you can also buy previous educations online. You watch the trainings in your free time, you can pause them or come back later. You can check all educations available for purchase on the Online Education page.
Yes! Online education as a virtual product can be added to your cart at any time. In the same cart you can have raw materials, packaging, essential oils… But also multiple online educations. The only note is that if you have a virtual product in your cart such as vouchers, gift certificates and online educations, the “Cash on Delivery” payment method will not be available to you, but you will have to pay for the order either by bank transaction or online cards. Virtual products cannot be delivered to your home address.
No. Online training courses are linked to the customer profile and are available only and exclusively to the person who ordered them, or to the email address of the customer who closed the online training cart. All purchased and available online workshops are visible to the registered user whose order has been processed, or payment has been received, via the Online Training page. Mireille profiles are not shareable or transferable, so please do not share your login details with anyone. If there are unauthorized orders, misuse, or actions on your user account as a result of sharing your Mireille profile, we will not be able to help you.

The login details for the online training are the same as the login details for your Mireille profile. After a successful purchase and processed order, you can access the online training in the same place where you added it to your cart – on the Online Training page. When you log in to your Mireille profile (using the email address you use to place orders), instead of “Add to Cart”, you will see a new button – Go to Training.

You will not receive the online training or any access data for it via email, SMS or any other notification. All online training is linked to your profile and is exclusively available through the Mireille web store, provided that you log in to your Mireille profile. Online training cannot be obtained in a format for saving, as an email attachment, as a download link, etc., but can only be viewed in the Online Training section.

When you receive an email with the title “Your Mireille order is now complete,” you can be sure that we have processed your order and that you have been granted access to the online training. Visit the Mireille web store, log in to your Mireille profile, and view the training in the same place where you purchased it.

Unfortunately, no. As a digital product, and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, returns and exchanges on digitally delivered products are not possible.
