Black BeeOme™ is an elixir created by fermenting the honey of the rare dark bee Apis mellifera mellifera with the bacterium Zymomonas mobilis. It is designed to restore the balance of the microbiome of the skin after stress, so that it would be healthy and clean. Billions of microorganisms colonize the human skin in different places and make up the skin microbiota. They form complex communities that function together with the host’s immune system whose task is to defend against pathogenic microorganisms and to maintain skin health.

Honey has always been highly valued both as a food and in cosmetics. In the case of Black BeeOme™ honey from the rare Apis mellifera mellifera bee, adapted to life in the harsh conditions of the Swiss valleys, it is fermented with Zymomonas mobilis. Fermentation removes the basic sugars glucose, fructose and sucrose in honey. The remaining long-chain sugars stabilize and promote the individual microflora of the skin, and form the ideal basis for its growth.
In vitro and clinical studies have shown that Black BeeOme™ promotes faster recovery of skin flora after washing, as well as the restoration of the skin barrier. Fermented black bee honey reduced sebum production and significantly improved facial skin uniformity. Black BeeOme™

Preparation: for cold processes, dissolve Black BeeOme™ in the water phase. For hot/cold processes, add during cooling phases below 40°C.
Thermostability: Temperatures up to 40°C for short periods will not affect stability.
