Carrot CO2 Extract in Jojoba (Organic) is a red liquid oil with a light sweet carrot scent and hardens upon cold storage. It is produced by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, free from residual solvents, inorganic salts, heavy metals and reproducible microorganisms. The extract is standardized with jojoba oil (organic) and stabilized with the natural antioxidant FLAVEX rosemary (organic). Carrot-jojoba CO2 extract (organic) can be used in cosmetics for skin care preparations and sun protection creams.
Composition: 0.15 -0.21% total carotenes calculated as beta-carotene corresponding to 2500 -3500 iU provitamin A, alpha, beta-, gamma-, delta-, epsilon-carotene in natural isomeric distribution, lycopene, traces of essential and fatty oil, lipophilic flavones, jojoba oil.
