Cristalwax / Wax for the production of make-up, skin care sticks

Crystalwax is an optimized solid wax with a low melting point and high refractive index for transparent sticks. This wax is used to thicken W/O emulsions such as W/O lipsticks, and is recommended for use in transparent lipsticks, transparent glosses, and colorless sunscreen sticks and other warm emulsions.

Crystalwax is a blend of transparent waxes that produce a translucent lipstick combined with oils that have a high refractive index (1.490 +/- 0.001). Therefore, it is important to choose the right oils to ensure the stick has good hardness and transparency.
