Due to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, calendula has traditionally been used for the external treatment of minor skin inflammations such as sunburn and to support the healing of minor wounds.
Due to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, calendula extract is used in cosmetic skin care products or in skin protection products. It is recommended to use the extract especially in products for the care of chapped, rough and sensitive skin. The anti-inflammatory effect is mainly attributed to the faradiol esters that are contained in larger quantities in the extract.

This will make dosing easier and you can use this working solution at 1-3% in your formulations. Store the working solution in dark bottles due to the possibility of carotenoid bleaching.
