Smartvector™ UV-CE is an active ingredient with prolonged action of vitamins C and E. It is a vector system ingredient that fights free radicals that form in the skin. This chain reaction damages important components in the skin such as collagen, elastin, mitochondrial and nuclear DNA. Under the influence of UV rays, Smartvector™ UV-CE releases a highly effective antioxidant combination of vitamins C and E contained in marine DNA microcapsules. These capsules are activated and opened under the influence of UVA and UVB rays, therefore it is recommended to apply products containing this ingredient in the morning.
