Walnut oil macerate

Oil macerate of unripe walnut fruits and fruiting bodies (Juglans regia L.) in refined sunflower oil. Walnut macerate, rich in tannins, has traditionally been used as a skin and hair tanning agent, and as an anti-inflammatory oil.
In suntan preparations, it is used in combination with carrot macerate, buriti oil and shea butter. Due to their different composition and therefore effects, it should not be confused with cold-pressed walnut oil.
