FSS Rice Water SF is a natural active ingredient obtained by fermentation of rice water using the microorganisms Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus fermentum . It is created as a by-product of traditional rice washing, and through fermentation it is additionally enriched with useful compounds for skin and hair care.
