Description
GREENPLEX® is an innovative complex of 100% plant origin, designed for hair care formulations damaged by chemical and mechanical treatments, providing an extraordinary regenerative effect. GREENPLEX® is based on a patented technology that synergistically combines trimethylglycine (a cationic surfactant), malic acid – synthesized from a by-product of the sugar beet and apple production process – and a sulfur derivative of vegetable fatty acids.
The combination of a cationic surfactant and an anionic sulfur derivative stabilizes the ionic bonds between the positive end of one amino acid chain and the negative end of the other. These ionic bonds are responsible for approximately one third of the hair’s strength. GREENPLEX® exhibits visible reparative effects and creates a protective film on the hair, facilitating and improving the adhesion of the cationic surfactant.
PROPERTIES
- Repairs damaged hair fibers and ionic bonds
- Reduces split ends and attracts water into the hair, “swelling” it, which improves tone and makes hair thicker
- It reduces the electrostatic effect of “electrified” hair and nourishes the hair, making it softer and shinier, which makes it easier to comb wet hair and detangle dry hair.
