A natural cyclic oligosaccharide obtained from potato starch by enzymatic conversion, designed as a molecular encapsulation system for cosmetic formulations. Its unique structure; a lipophilic inner cavity and a hydrophilic outer surface allows it to bind and “trap” lipophilic molecules such as fragrances and active ingredients, thereby achieving their stabilization and controlled release.
