DRENALIP™ is a standardized complex of herbal active ingredients developed to act on several key mechanisms associated with cellulite:
- accumulation of fatty tissue
- edema
- impaired microcirculation
- increased capillary permeability
- feeling of heaviness and tiredness in the legs.
The complex combines the effects of four herbs: astragalus, ruscus, lemon, goldenseal

Description
ACTION BY PLANTS AND MECHANISMS
- ASTRAGALUS
( Astragalus membranaceus )
Main action: activation of lipolysis, inhibition of adipogenesis, modulation of adipocyte metabolism.
Astragalus is rich in: flavonoids, saponins, polysaccharides.
The most important flavonoids: calicosin, formononetin, kaempferol, quercetin, isorhamnetin.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
- A) Activation of lipolysis
Flavonoids from Astragalus inhibit phosphodiesterase (PDE).
This leads to the breakdown of triglycerides in adipocytes.
Result:
- mobilization of stored lipids
- release of fatty acids
- reduction in adipocyte volume.
- B) Antiadipogenic effect
Astragalus inhibits the differentiation of preadipocytes into mature adipocytes.
It works by reducing triglyceride synthesis.
This means:
- less creation of new fat cells
- reduced adipogenesis
- 2. BOAR / RUSCUS
( Ruscus aculeatus )
Main action: venotonic, stimulation of microcirculation, anti-edematous and decongestive action.
Active compounds
The most important active ingredient: ruscogenin
It also contains rutin, hesperidin and flavonoids.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
- A) Venotonic effect
Ruscogenin has an adrenergic effect and stimulates blood vessel tone, similar to adrenaline pathways.
Result:
- increased vein tone
- improvement of venous return
- reducing blood stasis
- improved microcirculation.
- B) Reduction of edema
Ruscogenin: reduces capillary permeability, increases blood vessel resistance and reduces fluid leakage into the interstitium. This reduces swelling, reduces the feeling of heaviness in the legs and reduces fluid retention.
- LEMON/( Citrus limon )
Main action: anti-edematous, stabilization of capillaries and reduction of permeability of blood vessels.
Active compounds
The most important flavonoids: hesperidin and naringin
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Hesperidin and naringin have an affinity for: collagen and elastin of blood vessels
Their action:
- reduces the degradation of vascular proteins
- stabilizes capillary walls
- reduces capillary permeability
- reduces the leakage of fluid from blood vessels.
Result:
- less edema
- less swelling
- less feeling of heaviness in the legs
- better microcirculation.
- GOLDEN GARDEN /( Solidago virgaurea )
Main action: increasing capillary resistance, anti-edematous effect and supporting microcirculation.
Active compound: The most important compound – rutin.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Routine:
- strengthens capillary walls
- reduces capillary fragility
- improves vascular resistance
- reduces venous congestion.
This contributes to: reducing edema, better lymphatic drainage, reducing the feeling of heaviness, and improving the appearance of skin affected by cellulite.
SYNERGIC MECHANISM OF DRENALIP™ COMPLEX
DRENALIP™ acts on three main mechanisms of cellulite:
- Adipocytes and adipose tissue
- stimulation of lipolysis
- inhibition of adipogenesis
- reduction in adipocyte volume.
- Microcirculation
- improving blood flow
- venotonic effect
- activation of venous return.
- Edema and fluid retention
- reduction of capillary permeability
- increase in capillary resistance
- reduction of interstitial fluid
- decongestant effect.
