The color varies from pale, light yellow to yellow and beige. The texture can be creamy or more granular. At room temperature, two phases can be separated - a solid and a liquid phase. For a creamy consistency, you need to warm the shea butter slightly and mix well. Refining shea butter eliminates its characteristic odor for those who require a more neutral butter scent. -
