IMWITOR® liteMULS
Od 11,48 €IMWITOR® liteMULS is a 100% natural emulsifier for all types of liquid emulsions. It is liquid at room temperature and is easy to use in cold manufacturing processes. In low concentrations of 1 – 3% it creates liquid milks that can have a variety of applications: hair conditioners or refreshing milks for the face and body. This emulsifier is very versatile in terms of the amount of oil phase, it can emulsify up to 40%, which allows the formulator flexibility in the production. Formulations with an oil phase from 5 to 40%: A stability test was performed with different concentrations of emollients, and WITARIX® MCT 60/40 (INCI: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), a standard emollient in most products, was used for the oil phase. All formulations were stable, which emphasizes the versatility of the IMWITOR® liteMULS emulsifier. -

Grape seed oil / Cold pressed
Od 23,01 €Cold-pressed grape seed oil is obtained from grapes that are primarily grown for wine production. This oil is rich in polyphenols, which are one of the most powerful antioxidants in nature. They protect the skin from damage caused by the sun and factors such as pollution and strengthen the skin's protective barrier. High levels of Omega-6 fatty acids contribute to the formation of ceramides on the skin's surface, and transepidermal water loss is prevented by the moisturizing properties of this oil, which acts as an occlusive. This phenomenon helps fight dry skin, fine lines and makes the skin smooth, soft and youthful. Grape seed oil is an excellent ally in the fight against various skin problems such as acne, eczema, rosacea and inflammation, but it is also an excellent ingredient in skin care products, as well as in massage oils due to its anti-inflammatory properties. This oil has recorded benefits in the treatment of burns and scars due to its regenerative properties. -
Sesame oil / Cold pressed
Od 5,91 €It is obtained by cold crushing of sesame seeds. This oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, E and B. Sesame oil contains an equal proportion of oleic and linoleic acids, which means that it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. It contains phenolic compounds (sesamol) and lignans (sesamin, sesamolin). It is very light and can be used in hair and scalp care. It is a natural antioxidant and helps reduce the visibility of scars on the skin. It is intended for dry skin, prone to frequent inflammatory processes and poor microcirculation. It is excellent for making cosmetic preparations due to its stability and high-quality emulsion systems. It is pleasant in massages, and has a weak but noticeable UV protection factor, so it is added to sun care cosmetics, along with similar oils (shea butter, Chilean hazelnut). It is often used to make macerates of medicinal herbs, because it is resistant to oxidation. Caution for people who are allergic to sesame. -

Cocoa butter / Cold pressed
Od 14,10 €Cocoa butter melts at human body temperature, making it ideal for making body and massage butters, lip balms, and skin creams. Because of this property, it has long been used in the pharmaceutical industry to produce pessaries and suppositories, which are solid at room temperature and melt after application to release the medicinal substances. Today, it is less commonly used for this purpose, having been overtaken by newer, synthetic excipients. The composition of fatty acids includes saturated stearic and palmitic acids, and unsaturated oleic acid and sterols. It is extremely stable. It creates a protective film on the skin, making it smooth and preventing it from drying out. It is used in sun creams and oils because of this film-forming property, which prevents the pigments from drying out and washing out. Cocoa butter itself is also quite waterproof. As a butter, it is also used to make soaps because it gives them strength. -

It contains a large amount of so-called unsaponifiable substances (active substances dissolved in triglycerides), which are mostly composed of cinnamic acid esters. They are found in over 4% in cold-pressed and unrefined butter. These compounds absorb UV rays, so it is one of the basic ingredients of sun protection cosmetics, along with Chilean raspberry and Chilean hazelnut.
